  • Method 1 – Visit the Rhode Island Lottery Headquarters having called first to book an appointment to claim in person.
  • Method 2 – Claim via mail by sending your signed lottery ticket along with a copy of your photo ID, proof of address and phone number and a copy of your Social Secutiy Card or SSN.
