- Method 2 – Visit a claim center near you in person to process your winning ticket.
- Method 3 – Mail your ticket, ID and claim form to the lottery HQ to process your claim.
Claim $600 to $50,000 win
- Method 1 – Visit your local claim center with some valid ID to process your winning ticket.
- Method 2 – Mail your signed ticket along with the other required documents to the Michigan Lottery Headquarters.
- Method 3 – Visit the drop-off area of your local claim center between opening hours.
Claim $50,000 to $99,999.99 win
- Method 1 – Visit any of the regional offices to claim your prize. You will need the ticket, ID and a claim form which can be obtained at the office.
Claim $100,000 and over
- Method 1 – Complete an online claim and book an appointment to visit the Michigan Lottery Headquarters to claim in person.
