  • Method 3 – Post your signed ticket and any ID/dicumentation stipulated on the MT lottery website to the address shown.

  • Method 1 – Visit the Lottery Headquarters in person to make a claim. We advise to call beforehand to check times and make an appointment if necessary. You will be advised on what documentation to bring.
  • Method 2 – Post your signed ticket, appropriate ID, completed claim form and any other documentation needed to the Headquarters claim address via certified mail.
