How to Claim Missouri Lottery Prizes
Claim up to $600 or Free Plays
- Method 1 – Simpy visit any local authorized retailer to claim your prize in person. Larger retailers are more likely to be able to pay out the full amount in cash.
- Method 2 – Mail your claim to the claims address. Be sure to sign and complete the details on the back of your ticket.
Claim $600 or more
- Method 1 – Schedule an appointment at either the Headquarters or your nearest Claim Center then visit in person to redeem your prize.
- Method 2 – Mail a completed claim form, your signed ticket, a W-9 form and a copy of your government-issued photo ID to the claims address for processing
